Delivery

For most customers, two of our engineers will come to your home to deliver and install your order.

They'll position it as discussed with you during the site survey, connect it to your electrics and fill it. Once they've filled it they'll give you a thorough handover - teaching you the key things you need to know in order to look after it.

Our normal delivery service is included in the price of your order.

On the rare occasions where it's not possible for a two man team to deliver your order there may be an extra charge. If this is the case we'll discuss it with you after the site survey.

We usually require payment prior to delivery. This will be the full deposit if you're paying on finance or the full balance if you're buying outright.
