25 massage Jets

With 25 unique hydrotherapy massage jets, The Recover by Wellnest will massage all of the major body parts in one session. Jets are expertly positioned to massage the neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet. The jets can be turned on and off by the touch screen and can be turned up and down using the black knobs around the spa.

The Recover by Wellnest offers three unique seating positions; one full body lounger and two upright seats. Its shallow depth (0.80m) means it’s great for installing in tight spaces and smaller gardens but still gives you the full body massage experience.

Incredibly helpful and professional

I just wanted to say, I have found the company to be incredibly helpful and professional. I called into the branch after doing some general online research on hot tubs, and had a number of questions about the tub and the service, and everything I asked was answered with a positive reaction and the knowledge I was looking for. I viewed the hottubs and came home to consider what I wanted, I decided on the Dartmoor, within a few days I has a site survey to check if it was suitable to get a tub in and where it was going, what I needed done etc. All was agreed and we went ahead, after getting a good base down delivery was arranged. The 2 guys who came were both pleasant and polite, clean and tidy, a credit to the company, the tub was put in place and one guy stayed on site and filled tested the water showed me what to do and how to use the controls etc. I have since used the tub and it's just the job does what it says on the tin, further more the manual is easy to Understand and I know I can ring and ask advice if needed, A big thank you to Rob and the team at Just HotTubs I would fully recommend them, you won't be disappointed

When you decide to order a hot tub from us we'll take a small (refundable) holding deposit from you.We'll then arrange to visit your home to perform a site survey. Site SurveyFor the site survey, one of our engineers will visit your home at a pre-agreed time. They'll:Confirm how we'll deliver your hot tubDiscuss where you'd like to position your hot tub Check that your electrical connection is suitable for the hot tubAnswer any questions you haveThey'll then send a report back to the office and we'll contact you to confirm a delivery date.

For most customers, two of our engineers will come to your home to deliver and install your hot tub.

They'll position it as discussed with you during the site survey, connect it to your electrics and fill it. Once they've filled it they'll give you a thorough handover - teaching you the key things you need to know in order to look after your hot tub.

Our normal delivery service is included in the price of your hot tub.

On the rare occasions where it's not possible for a two man team to deliver your hot tub there may be an extra charge. If this is the case we'll discuss it with you after the site survey.

We usually require payment prior to delivery. This will be the full deposit if you're paying on finance or the full balance if you're buying your hot tub outright.

You may cancel your order at any time up until the day before delivery and we'll refund you in full.

If your hot tub is damaged or faulty when it's delivered then we will do our best to rectify the fault under the warranty. In the event that we're unable to rectify the fault then we'll replace the hot tub with one of the same make and model as soon as is reasonably possible.

If you purchase a hot tub from us then you'll have 14 days from the date we deliver it to cancel your order. If you do cancel then you have a further 14 days to return the hot tub to us. 

Once we receive the hot tub safely back at our warehouse we'll refund you. 

You'll need to pay any costs associated with returning the hot tub to us and we'll make deductions for any decrease in value as a result of your usage of the hot tub or damage done to the hot tub.
