Just hottub supplied and filled our hot tub last year. We received the most professional /helpful service ever! What a great company. If you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub look no further than deep end pools. Frequently asked questions

When you decide to order a hot tub from us we'll take a small (refundable) holding deposit from you.We'll then arrange to visit your home to perform a site survey.

 

Site Survey

For the site survey, one of our engineers will visit your home at a pre-agreed time. They'll:

  • Confirm how we'll deliver your hot tub
  • Discuss where you'd like to position your hot tub 
  • Check that your electrical connection is suitable for the hot tub
  • Answer any questions you have

They'll then send a report back to the office and we'll contact you to confirm a delivery date.

For most customers, two of our engineers will come to your home to deliver and install your hot tub.

They'll position it as discussed with you during the site survey, connect it to your electrics and fill it. Once they've filled it they'll give you a thorough handover - teaching you the key things you need to know in order to look after your hot tub.

Our normal delivery service is included in the price of your hot tub.

On the rare occasions where it's not possible for a two man team to deliver your hot tub there may be an extra charge. If this is the case we'll discuss it with you after the site survey.

We usually require payment prior to delivery. This will be the full deposit if you're paying on finance or the full balance if you're buying your hot tub outright.

You may cancel your order at any time up until the day before delivery and we'll refund you in full.

If your hot tub is damaged or faulty when it's delivered then we will do our best to rectify the fault under the warranty. In the event that we're unable to rectify the fault then we'll replace the hot tub with one of the same make and model as soon as is reasonably possible.

If you purchase a hot tub from us then you'll have 14 days from the date we deliver it to cancel your order. If you do cancel then you have a further 14 days to return the hot tub to us. 

Once we receive the hot tub safely back at our warehouse we'll refund you. 

You'll need to pay any costs associated with returning the hot tub to us and we'll make deductions for any decrease in value as a result of your usage of the hot tub or damage done to the hot tub.
